Carol Kirkwood is the most used presenter of weather forecasts for ‘BBC Breakfast. She was born in a large family consisting of eight kids in Morrar, Inverness-shire. Her parents were involved in the resort company in Morrar. She afterwards, went on to do her BA in business at the Napier University in Edinburgh. She was a Girl Guide in her youth and supported herself. She’s married to Jimmy Kirkwood and they have been happy together. She’s a tall girl standing at six feet, five inches and contains a slender body. She’s regarded as the most appealing weather presenter on television. She worked for some time on radio starting with BBC Radio Scotland and then switching to BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 4. She left BBC for some time and served as a Training Advisor for Management Consultancy company at Cheshire and as an Associate Director for a headhunting organization. She rejoined BBC in 1993 entering the demo scene. She was related with HTV West through their system Discussing Problems which was aired twice monthly. The year 1996 saw her entrance into ‘The Weather Channel. She joined as a weather presenter on BBC News. She’s a regular feature on several shows including BBC News, BBC One, BBC World News, BBC News at Six and BBC Red Button. She’s now the primary weather presenter for the show BBC Breakfast since 2008. Before starting her career as a weather presenter she used to present her own amusement on the cable network She’s covered live events including Wimbledon Tennis Championships since 2005 along with Susan Powell and Dan Corbett. She gives frequently for BBC1s ‘The One Show and has featured in a guest character on a kids show, ‘Hacker Time on CBBC. ‘The Great British Weather that will be aired on BBC One has got Carol Kirkwood as a co-presenter since July 2011. The ‘Breakfast show transferred to Salford and though Carol continued staying in London, her relationship had not been severed with the show. She still presents the weather through video link.
