Olson is an American professional pastry chef that went to school and earned her political and sociology degree from Queens University. It was not until Anna Olson was searching for new creative components for a dinner party that Anna Olson had a revelation that she wanted to be a pastry chef. Olson then enrolled in the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado. Upon her graduation in the university, Olson traveled across the United States. The dinner would eventually find her way back to Canada, residing in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
